Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fx88 platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform. These T&C constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and fx88 (the "Operator"). If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

These T&C apply to all activities conducted through the Platform, including sports betting, casino gaming, accessing promotional offers, and making financial transactions. The Operator reserves the right to update or amend these T&C at any time without prior notice. Eligibility Requirements

Accounts that fail to satisfy these requirements, or where eligibility has been misrepresented, will be suspended or permanently closed without notice, and any balances may be forfeited where fraud is established.

Account Registration and Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold one account on the Platform. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your details and must notify fx88 promptly of any changes.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires a valid, unexpired Bangladeshi National Identity Card. Accounts that fail KYC will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

fx88 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to confiscate balances where it is determined that multiple accounts have been used to abuse promotions or circumvent platform rules. The decision of fx88 in such matters is final.

Deposits and Withdrawals

fx88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT and INR. The following financial terms apply to all transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to method availability at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. fx88 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account legitimately held in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these T&C, fx88 reserves the right to freeze account balances and withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. Any balance confirmed to be derived from fraudulent activity may be permanently forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fx88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated at the time the offer is presented or claimed.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk wagering — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses are not transferable between players and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process. Unused bonus funds expire if not wagered within the time limit stated in the applicable promotion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the fx88 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fx88 will not void or reverse a bet because the Player changed their mind after placing it, unless the bet relates to an event subsequently declared void by the Operator in accordance with these rules.
• fx88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds has resulted in a clear pricing mistake. Affected bets will be refunded at the original stake amount, with no winnings paid on the erroneous odds.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned. fx88's technical logs are the definitive record of game outcomes in any dispute.

Responsible Gaming

fx88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following provisions form part of these T&C:

• Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, or loss limits by contacting fx88 customer support. Once set, limits take effect within the timeframe stated at the time of request and cannot be increased immediately — any increase request is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fx88 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including chip dumping or match fixing.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other Platform process.

fx88 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using a combination of automated detection systems and manual review. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any winnings generated during the period of violation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fx88 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of fx88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of fx88.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fx88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. fx88's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fx88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Planned maintenance or unexpected technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions, for which fx88 shall not be held liable.

Amendments to These Terms

fx88 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Where a material change is made, fx88 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.
